Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Amulet Creators at https://amuletcreators.com, operated by Amulet Games D.B.A Amulet Creators, collects about you, why, and what control you have over it. Questions go to legal@amuletcreators.com.
1. What we collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, country and — for editors — the kinds of content you edit. We store a hashed version of your password, never the password itself.
Information from TikTok
If you connect your TikTok account, you are asked by TikTok to approve specific permissions. With your approval we read:

We also store the access and refresh tokens TikTok issues so we can refresh those figures without asking you to sign in again. We only read. We never post, edit, delete or schedule anything on your TikTok account — we do not request the permissions that would allow it.
Campaign and payment information
The campaigns you post to, the links you submit, the earnings those generate, and payment details needed to pay you or to take payment from you. For brands and artists this includes billing contact details and campaign spend.
Technical information
Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — kept for security and troubleshooting.
2. Cookies
We use a small number of strictly functional cookies:
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in and expires when you sign out.
- Two short-lived OAuth cookies set while you connect a social account.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Why we use it
- To operate your account and sign you in.
- To match you to campaigns, and to show brands and artists the reach of the editors they are briefing.
- To measure delivery on campaigns and calculate what you are owed.
- To pay you, and to take payment for campaigns.
- To detect artificial engagement and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To meet legal and tax obligations.
4. Who sees it
Brands and artists running campaigns see the public parts of your editor profile: your name, handle, country, what you edit, your follower and view figures, and the performance of posts you submit to their campaign. They do not see your personal details.
Service providers who host the Platform and process payments see what they need to provide that service, and nothing more.
Authorities, where the law requires us to disclose something.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share data with anyone for advertising.
5. Disconnecting and deletion
You can disconnect social platforms at any time from your earnings page. When you do, we delete the access and refresh tokens immediately and stop reading anything further from your account. You can also revoke access from inside said platforms.
To delete your account and the data attached to it, write to legal@amuletcreators.com. We will complete it within 30 days. We keep records of payments made to you for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is deleted.
6. How long we keep things
- Account information: while your account is open.
- Campaign and earnings records: for as long as required for tax and accounting.
- Server logs: a short rolling window.
7. Security
Access tokens are treated as secrets and are never sent to a browser. Access to production data is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will alert affected users promptly if a breach puts their data at risk.
8. Age
The Platform is not intended for children. An account that receives payment must be held by someone 18 or over, as set out in our Terms of Service. If we learn that we hold data about a child in breach of that, we will delete it.
9. International transfers
We operate internationally, and your information may be processed in a country other than your own. Where it is, we take steps to make sure it stays protected to a comparable standard.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, take it elsewhere in a portable format, or withdraw consent you previously gave. Exercise any of these by writing to legal@amuletcreators.com. We will not treat you differently for asking. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to your state attorney general or, outside the US, to your local data protection authority.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed materially, and we will give notice of significant changes before they take effect.
